Avoiding over indulgence in alcohol and hard drugs would help the youth take control of their health and prevent opportunistic diseases. Other behaviors like Binge eating that involves consumption of a lot of food within very short time that is associated with a loss of control in the entire eating patterns. This would be regarded as a serious eating disorder that would lead to several complications including obesity. While full syndrome of eating disorder would be very ra re, there is a general increases in the number of eating disorders among college students (Korn, Gonen, Shaked Golan, 2013). This has increased the risks of contracting various health complications that are associated with poor eating behavior.The problems associated with nutritional complications among the college students would require bottled-up clinical approaches that adopts the contemporary initiatives aimed at correcting any defects resulting from these conditions.
